Group Alta Socam is a promoter-builder which creates, constructs and develops concrete multi-residential projects. Active in the housing market in the Montreal area since 1990, our compnay has completed multiple large projects one of which is the condominium complex on Canal Lachine called "Quai des Eclusiers" (www.lequai.ca) (450 units - $120 000 000.00) Another is a redevelopment of an industrial complex dating from 1873 to a loft condominium project called "Loft & Terrasse des Eclusiers" (82 units - $25 000 000.00).
In addition to "Les Loggias sur le Parc" which has 296 condom inium units building in 7 phases which is under construction now, we are in partnership in "Quartier d'Avaugour" (www.quartierdavaugour.com) in Boucherville, a project consisting of 132 town houses and 296 condominiums. We are also undertaking a pre-retired and retiree establishment called "Village de l'Ile" in Laval consisting of 283 apartments, condos and assisted living units; in addition to a future residential complex which will be located at Faubourg Boisbriand consisting of 425 units.
