Founded in 1980 by Mr. Serge Menard, the company has completed most of its residential projects in the city of Laval, the North Shore and the West Island. Focusing on the development and broadening of family neighborhoods, Mr. Menard sought to create safe and welcoming residential areas and remain accessible and listening to his clientele

In 1982, at an ever increasing demand, collaboration between Mr. Menard and training entrepreneur Mr. Antonio Grilli was launched, marking the beginning of a prosperous association of more than 32 years under the name of “Construction Grilli & Menard Inc.” who built over 3000 homes.

It was in 2008 that the son, Alexander Menard, began to build, while being consultant and keeping the quality of the construction and the requirements of his father. The family business has become the residential company we know today as the “Group Immobilier Menard Inc.”
