To meet the growing need of the residential construction market in Quebec and to ensure maximum protection for consumers, the ACQ created in 1994 the official subsidiary of the residential sector: ACQ Guarantee Plans.

ACQ warranty plans have been offering warranty products for almost 25 years on residential buildings not covered by the Regulation respecting the warranty plan for new residential buildings and on residential renovation work. Whether for a high-rise building, a rental building, a transformation or even renovation work, we offer guarantee plans adapted to the realities of entrepreneurs and designed to protect the interest of consumers.

The expertise acquired by ACQ Guarantee Plans cannot exclude the activities of Qualité Habitation, which has worked for more than 15 years on the market for new house guarantee plans in Quebec and which has registered more than 97,500 housing units. before the adoption of the Regulation respecting the guarantee plan for new residential buildings in 1999.
