DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT
Size of the lots of land
Les Collines d'Oka residential project will consist of about 125 lots total, for which the development will be done by alternate phases of 30 to 50 lots each.
The average size of the lots vary from 10,000 to 20,000 sq.ft.
The lots benefit from an enviable geographical location bordered by Oka's National Park, splendid views of the Deux-Montagnes lake, as well as exceptional natural environment.
The development of the paths has been designed to create links between the existing pedestrian and cycling path network.
Phase ll Lots
Phase ll (Picquet and des Pèlerins streets) consists of 42 exceptionally located lots which offer direct foot access to the Oka Park and to the "chapelles du calvaire". They are added to the 25 lots of Phase l (Picquet and des Chapelles streets) which have already been sold.
Infrastructures
The aqueduct and sewer infrastructures are completely new and entirely paid for on all available lots in the Domaine des Collines.
Public services
The phone calls made between Oka and Montreal are considered local calls.
High speed internet is available everywhere.
