DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT
Designed by renowned architect firm Ruccolo-Faubert, Le Onze de la Gare is a bold, unique, and fascinating creation in which color and material are transformed into a rich and soothing atmosphere. While the exposed concrete columns and ceilings are sure to appeal to fans of both the contemporary and classical alike, the buildings feature a timeless look designed to keep up with the constant evolution of urban planning for years to come.
Each of the eleven structures will house 50 spacious and well-laid-out condominium units spread over 5 floors, showcasing 9 foot ceilings and an abundance of light and space.
The wide variety of unit types range from 750 to 1680 square feet, with the possibility of expansion up to 1680 square feet for clients who require the extra space. The majority of units feature two fully equipped bathrooms, and all offer a huge selection of finishing choices guaranteed to appeal to today’s discerning customer. Interior spaces have been wonderfully conceptualized by acclaimed designer Andrea Romagna of Romagna-Design, showcasing artistic sense while preserving detail through harmonization of color and shape.
Built around an inner courtyard, each of the eleven buildings include an elevator and are all unified by an expanse underground indoor parking structure. Amenities will also include a picturesque swimming pool and pavilion providing an oasis amidst the enchanting landscapes. All the green space has been designed by expert environmental planner Julie Jarry from Projet Paysage, and will feature ample walkways and bicycle paths throughout the property.
