DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT
Located near Gouin Boulevard East on the bank of Riviere des Prairies, this 20 story white calcite tower with low profile windows and balconies made of bleu tempered glass from "Rive Gouin" stand in a magnificent natural setting.
This complex consists of 118 high quality units each one with a view of the river with some units having views of both the river and Montreal. The large windows looking from the common areas (interior pool, saunas, whirlpool and reception area) permit the residents to take advantage of the enchanting beauty of the river.
