It was in 2011 that Marc-André Grondin expressed his interest in purchasing this land that formerly belonged to Excavation Bergedac Inc.
"I absolutely wanted to build on this land that offers such a beautiful view of the river and a panorama of Quebec City. It was finally a dream that became a vision, then a project," he says.
It was after noticing the triangular shape of the land that the team opted for such an architectural design. According to Marc-André Grondin, developer and founder of Grondin Nadeau General Contractors, the "unique architecture" of the Reuleaux, a triangle with rounded ends, allows each owner to have his or her own balcony facing the St. Lawrence River. The Reuleaux was born of Mr. Grondin's determination and the confidence of several collaborators.
