With his solid residential experience, the desire to build houses comes to his mind, so in 2008 he continued in the field of residential construction with which he grew up.

In 2010, he made the decision to start Les Habitations Bô-Model Ltée while remaining in office with Cie Gypse Carl Berthiaume Ltée.
