Founded by Daniel Giroux, general contractor, in Lanaudiere, the company specializes in building houses without basements.

The company was founded in 2003 and has completed the construction of over one hundred homes on an insulated concrete slab in Lavaltrie, Lanoraie and the surrounding region.
