Born in St-Eustache, this family of builders started its activities in 1966 with founder Gustave Godard who was operating under the name of Gustave Godard Construction Inc. The company has completed over 1000 constructions in the region of the North Shore in Montreal.

In 1988, his son, Martin, and daughter, Chantal, took over the company and renamed it Martin Godard Construction Inc. Martin sees to the coordination and progress of the work, while Chantal sees to the management of condominiums under implementation and administration of the company.
