L'Eau Vive is a company based in Boisbriand in the Laurentians region.

Our company works mainly in the development of residential lots.

Our development philosophy in the wooded area is to respect nature while conserving as many trees as possible. To do this, we made the following choices:

A) Develop a sector with all municipal services (infrastructure) executed by the developer to minimize municipal taxes, which means infrastructure are 100% paid.

B) Integrate the utilities Hydro-Québec, Bell Canada and Videotron into "UNDERGROUND" to avoid conventional power lines along the streets.
