Since 2015, we've been active in rental cottages and land purchases in the Lanaudière region, more specifically in Chertsey. However, it was in 2020 that we made our biggest investment to date in land development.

We acquired a 300-acre estate - over 13 million square feet - divided into 3 phases. All the land in Phase I was sold in just a few months. Many thanks to our customers for their confidence.
