Former chief pilot in the Canadian Armed Forces, aide to the Governor General, Madame Jeanne Sauve, and author of the thesis in "Optimizing the design for Retirement Residences", Luc Maurice founded The Maurice Group in 1998.

Since then, he designs, builds and manages quality residential complexes for the elderly eager for comfort, autonomy and security, a mission he finds exciting as his main source of inspiration, knowledge and fun.

Every day, retirees enliven his life and they are at the heart of each of his concerns. It is this passion that Luc Maurice tries to instill in every action of his team to give back to the residents the energy that they give so generously.
