Belcourt Inc. was founded in 1954 by David and Michael Zunenshine. Over the next fifty (50) years, the Zunenshines transformed the modest resources of a small private company into a business empire spanning real estate development, construction, hotels and building materials. Today's Belcourt Properties Inc. remains under the day-to-day control of one of its original founders, Michael Zunenshine.
