Havre des Pins is a project of 120 co-op condo units whose concept was developed by the Quebec Housing Cooperatives Confederation
in collaboration with the Estrie Housing Cooperatives Federation. The goal of the project is to offer quality housing at an affordable price.

The units offered within the project range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. All units feature huge windows and a large balcony that allows you to enjoy the nice weather.

Facilitating access to homeownership is intrinsic to the vast cooperative housing project that Havre des Pins is part of. This cost limitation is possible thanks to the financial participation of the Coop Access Homeowner Fund (FCAP), at 25%, as well as through the development structure which involves no intermediaries.
